About Parker Properties. Parker Properties is a family owned rental management and real estate sales company. We have long and short term rentals in the Pawleys Island, Litchfield, Murrells Inlet, Garden City and Surfside area. We also sell property along the Grand Strand from Georgetown to Myrtle Beach.

Susan Parker, the Broker in Charge has been in the real estate field for over 18 years. Susan holds many advanced designations offered in the real estate field and is very knowledgeable about the market in the area being as she grew up here.

Andrew Parker, the property manager, just completed his fourth year at the University of South Carolina pursuing a degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice. Andrew is well familiar with property management and what it takes to get the job done.

Our mission is to be honest, trustworthy and professional to both the owner and tenant and to have a great working relationship with all parties involved. In the sales area, we will do our best effort to obtain the best possible price for our clients and follow closely the transaction from contract to closing.

Our sales department is in the marketing of single family homes, condos, townhomes, land, resort properties and investment properties along the Grand Strand.
